This package plant, contained within a building, had an extremely rusted base. In normal circumstances, new plant replacement would be considered.
Due to the constraints of a roof overhead, it was more economical to refurbish the old plant in place than to remove the building roof and install new plant.
The refurbished plant now contains a complete stainless steel floor that should outlast a new replacement plant. It was a practical outcome at a fraction of the replacement cost.
