Dental Clinic Package Air Conditioner
This old ducted plant was refurbished for a fraction of the cost of new replacement plant. It was leaking water and struggling to cool the building in hot weather.
The rusty steel platform was treated and preserved with industrial two-pack epoxy paint. The package plant was stripped and pressure cleaned, and the rusted condensate tray was upgraded to stainless steel.
Old fan motor bearings were replaced, capacitors were changed and the unit received a coat of two-pack epoxy paint. The owner can expect the unit to continue providing reliable service for a long time.
